Service advisor Paul Panya was so helpful with a dead battery issue. I didn’t dare turn off my car after a AAA jumpstart and was able to immediately bring the car to the service department. Paul arrange battery issue. I didn’t dare turn off my car after a AAA jumpstart and was able to immediately bring the car to the service department. Paul arranged for a loaner vehicle and my car was ready the next morning looking great after a complimentary wash. Paul has certainly become my go to service advisor! More

I've owned an eTron for 3 weeks and have been experiencing various minor problems with the car and app. Brought it in so service can help me resolve the issues. When my car was ready, Ryan took experiencing various minor problems with the car and app. Brought it in so service can help me resolve the issues. When my car was ready, Ryan took the time to patiently help me re-setup all the user settings. When he couldn't quite figure out how, he went to look it up and returned again. Yes, I had to wait while he looked for an answer, but it wasn't a problem since I was there wanting to have the car working in the condition I needed it to. I certainly appreciated that Ryan took the time and trouble to help me figure it out and I did not feel an ounce of reluctance from him. Ryan absolutely deserves a 5-star rating. If I had one wish to make Audi FJ's service even better, I will wish that Audi FJ would give any car that was just in service a nice wash before returning to the owner. (I used to visit a different Audi dealership who does this and so it's come to be a benchmark of expectations.) More
