Completely disappointed with my service experience today. I made an appointment with this dealership two weeks ago, explaining my situation. I rearranged my schedule and arrived on time to be greeted by a I made an appointment with this dealership two weeks ago, explaining my situation. I rearranged my schedule and arrived on time to be greeted by a young man who asked me to wait for a service advisor. The service advisor came out looking at her tablet and asked what I needed. After explaining the situation, she told me that I would need to take the car back to the original Audi dealer as she could not tell me if my warranty would cover the service needed. After explaining that I spoke with someone in the service department who told me to bring the car in, the advisors stated that I likely spoke to their call center and that the representative wouldn't know how to handle my situation. Real nice way to waste my time. The advisors acted as if she could care less about my issue and I am certain that this stems in part, to my purchasing this Audi at another dealership. Without offering any alternatives or solutions, she walked back inside and left me to leave the department. I am a big advocate of customer service training and feel as if he service department definitely needs a lesson in how to treat customers. I currently own three Audi's and will not use this dealership to purchase nor service in the future. This is not the Audi way, in my opinion. Do better, Fletcher Jones. More

I received excellent service. My car was completed when promised. I was given the same model that I drive as a loner car as requested and my service advisor Hayden Denman couldn My car was completed when promised. Service center completed and charged for unauthorized work. Rotated, balanced and aligned tires that needed replacement. Amazing, Thorough, Fantastic Customer Service and Frank Camargo is the absolute best man to work with!! He is diligent, kind, respectful, goes above and beyond!! Frank worked tirelessly to find and get covered by extended warranty what Audi Mission Viejo not only missed but almost damaged my car beyond repair for lack of diagnosis and carelessness. I own a 2022 Q5 (my other car that my wife drives is a 2020 Q7). I bought my Q5 2.5 months ago (In a different dealership) and recently I started seeing occasional check engine and drive system lights whe 2020 Q7). I bought my Q5 2.5 months ago (In a different dealership) and recently I started seeing occasional check engine and drive system lights where the display shows that I can't go over 4000 RPMs. So I called Audi Fletcher Jones and asked to check it as well as respond to the Recall which I might be impacted by. I scheduled an appointment to which a loaner will be available (I need a car to move around) and 2 hours before my appointment I received a text message saying there was no loaner available. I wasn't surprised since this is the 4th time that it is happening to me with Fletcher Jones Audi (I had the same last-minute cancelations 3 times with the Q7). I rescheduled to January 2023, hoping that the car will be ok by then, but this morning I experienced the same issues of losing power and all sorts of warning lights (with only 2k miles) so I called your dealership and asked to expedite the visit or perhaps provide me a rental (which is very common in case there are no loaners available) as the car isn't functioning well and this will be Audi's responsibility for not taking care of it on time. The service person (I wasn’t able to catch his name) wasn’t helpful and refused to hear me out or offer any kind of assistance. While I was speaking, he said impatiently "have a good day" and just slammed the phone down intentionally in my face knowing that I was still talking. I was nothing but shocked by this rude and condescending behavior. Simply speechless and disappointed. Trying to call back and speak to a manager wasn't successful... someone took my number and said that he'll let the manager call me back... but it never happened. I also sent an email to the general manager but no reply since then... As a loyal Audi customer, I'm deeply disappointed and moreover feel humiliated by this unprofessional behavior. Needless to say, I called a different Audi dealership, and even though they did not have loaners available, they promised to get me on a rental... More
