This is my 2nd service appt with Audi FJ and working with Ryan. He's very responsive and professional. Personable and very good at keeping you in the loop via text/phone too. Last visit, Ryan was able to troubleshoot why iPhone couldn't utilize Audi WiFi Hotspot. After checking eTron MMI and related system, he was able to force a connection, but not as seamless as it had been prior to getting new iPhone 12 Pro. Turns out that I needed to get my new iPhone 12 Pro replaced. Now, it's seamlessly connecting to Audi wifi hotspot and wireless CarPlay 99% of the time. This time wasn't expecting to have my MMI software issue to be resolved, but the Audi FJ service techs were able to do some parameterization, calibration and SW update. Actually, pretty substantial job since it required removal of passenger seat, carpet and center console. Just got the eTron back, but so far so good. Nice loaner Q8 too. Very efficient in/out at the gorgeous new dealership. And the best thing- they continue to follow my preferences of no wash and no tire pressure adjustments. Some other dealerships "forget". More
