Service was exceptional from start to finish. I chose the pick/drop off option with a loaner car, because my Q5 had a list of requested services. They were quick to respond, book and set up the service, and pick/drop off option with a loaner car, because my Q5 had a list of requested services. Day of service pick up was there right on time, and gave me a heads up they were a few minutes out. To my surprise I got notification text with a detailed report of service inspection, all needed services were completed, and recommended tire rotation, with the service team sending along a video with the details of why my tires should be rotated..amazing job service technicians!! . Was so cool and really helped me to understand. The service rep Jose Magana was amazing, thorough and answered questions I had-he walked me through the details of the service, and offered help and recommendations for some body work. They were able to drop the car off a day early, and even installed the utility rack on top of the car for me at no charge per my request! I highly recommend the pick/up and drop off with car loaner- the car was a Q3 and was perfect condition. My car came back looking like it had a detailed wash and interior. Just an amazing experience from start to finish! Way to go Fletcher Jones team, it was exceptional service from the entire team! More
