This was my first time at your new location. I bought my car at the Newport Beach dealership in 2014. I've had it serviced at NB, then at your previous location across the street on Bristol. I was only there briefly to drop off, then pickup my car. Because of Covid, I didn't want to explore your new location, thinking that all of the employees would like to minimize the amount of customers walking around inside. Next time, I'd like to checkout the new digs. Working with Jimmy Molina was great. He is very knowledgable, and took care of my Q5's 55K service needs. More
