Hello. Your company location in Costa Mesa just booked an appointment using my name and information for a car I do not own. I called to request it cancelled Your company location in Costa Mesa just booked an appointment using my name and information for a car I do not own. I called to request it cancelled immediately as it was a fraudulent request, and they refused to confirm that it would be cancelled and hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times and they “rejected” my several calls. You need to reach out to me at once to cancel this fraudulent appointment. I have no idea who you people are. I just received a “modified” appointment confirmation email modifying the time of the service. It needs to be CANCELLED. I live in a completely different state. Respond to me ASAP please. More

Service Advisor David D is great at his job. He checks in regularly w/o prompting and was able to get my recalls and TSBs completed. I have worked with David the day prior on another Audi and He checks in regularly w/o prompting and was able to get my recalls and TSBs completed. I have worked with David the day prior on another Audi and happened to chat with him about open recall 47UP for my car. He checked and parts had just become available that day- in fact, my car was the very 1st one that they were going to perform this on. David was able to save me an EV loaner while my car was in the shop. Even better since I had mentioned that I was going to be out of town for work during the week- when my car was completed 2 days before my return, he made arrangements to have my car delivered home and pick up loaner. That was a time saver! and props to the porter who drove the car- he came back at my request to repark the car since I wasn't available. More

My car was in the Dealership due to recall repairs. I got a loner from them which had a bad front tire and the tread was completely gone and you could see the wires. The tire blow up in the fwy and my I got a loner from them which had a bad front tire and the tread was completely gone and you could see the wires. The tire blow up in the fwy and my family almost got killed. When took the car back no one even showed any sympathy. They try to bribe my by offering a free car wash ( which is very insulting) to keep me quite and not report the incident. I do have all the pictures I took from the tire. Need to be followed up to be sure they don't put customers life in jeperdy. I will available to give more information if need it. Thanks More
