The sales team were exceptionally nice, they took me and my wife on a test drive and we were impressed by the car. When we came back, I very clearly explained to the sales manager my needs and he was extremely helpful in working out the best deal I could possibly have. The whole thing took less than 30 min and I had a great deal. Would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Audi. More

To be honest, the current configuration of this dealership is far from ideal. With the cars being stored in an off-location lot and no real system for locating the kind of cars you are searching for, it was definitely not the experience I am used to with a luxury car dealership. However, I believe the employees are doing the best they can as they work out of this temporary space, and I look forward to an outstanding experience at this location when their new building is completed. This is my first Audi, and I felt the packaging of the options was a little restrictive. There were some features I wanted in the Premium Plus package, but I liked the design of the Premium car better, so I went with that and gave up some options I am used to (Really? No satellite radio? That seems to basic!). Again, this is an Audi issue and not a dealership issue. Even with all of this, Holly was extremely concerned about getting me what I wanted, and I felt he was able to negotiate me a fair price. I enjoyed my time with him and hope he continues to be referred new customers. More
