Audi Care Had to bring my Allroad in for the 45K service, 5 months after I did the 35K service due to the stupid terms with AudiCare service plans. I was not to Had to bring my Allroad in for the 45K service, 5 months after I did the 35K service due to the stupid terms with AudiCare service plans. I was not told that the plan had to be used 66 months after the vehicle went in service, not the purchase date of the plan (plan was bought a year after buying the care due to the free 1st service(. Thus I had 2 major services done within a 5 month timeframe and only 1400 miles. This is a waste of my money and time and your time.......you need to fix this. More

Car buying experience can be tough if you go to the wrong dealership and the wrong salesperson that doesn't value your time and needs. Believe me, I have dealt with some really bad dealerships and salesmen over the years...Luckily, we got in touch with Ash Talei and he took really good care of us. Ash shows that he cares about having a great experience when you are interested in buying a car from him. He was very professional, patience and always positive. He was also very straight to the point (which we appreciate)... My wife can be very tough when negotiating with deals but Ash was very patient and accomodating...Which made the experience easy. I would recommend anyone looking to get an Audi to talk to Ash, he will take good care of you. More
