Over the course of a 3 day process, Breanna was very accommadating, gracious, knowledgeable and professional. As I struggled through the buy not buy, is there another car available with other features, multiple test drives, and comparing different brands, Breanna hung in there. When needed, she also brought in other staff to assist in the sale. The only challenge Audi Fletcher has is making the buying process an hour exercise rather than a 3 hour sit and wait wait wait. Even though all the staff were friendly and professional, the process was long in the tooth. But to be fair, this happens at all dealerships. When walking into Fletcher Audi, I strongly recommend asking for Breanna to purchase your next ride. But if Breanna is not available. I am confident that anyone that greets you will be as competent.
