I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from an Audi dealership at the Costa Mesa location. and I have to say that the salesman, named Shane Segal, who helped me was outstanding. From start to finish, he provided me with exceptional customer service and made the entire buying process a breeze. Right from the beginning, he took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the perfect car that suited my preferences and budget. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different models and features, and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, friendly, and professional. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and always took the time to explain everything in detail. When it came to financing and paperwork, he was very organized and efficient, making sure that everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. He also went above and beyond by offering to help me set up my car's features and answering any additional questions I had after the sale. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with the Audi dealership salesman Shane Segal and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car.
