Everyone was very polite. I came for routine maintenance it took 7 hours before my car was car was finished.. This Audi dealership provided excellent service. They explained up front what the required service was and it's cost. Then they offered add on recommended service but did not pressure me to accept these explained up front what the required service was and it's cost. Then they offered add on recommended service but did not pressure me to accept these recommendations and let meet pick and choose which additional services I wanted. They paid for Uber rides to and from work when they ran out of loaner cars during the day but provided me a loaner when they had to keep the car overnight to complete the services. Highly recommended dealership for servicing your Audi. More

20,000 mile service on an a 2018 Q7 Jose did a great job explaining everything.
