Extremely Disappointing After-Sale Service - Avoid Out-of-State Purchase My experience with Fletcher Jones during the purchase of a used Audi out of state has been nothing short of a frustrating or Out-of-State Purchase My experience with Fletcher Jones during the purchase of a used Audi out of state has been nothing short of a frustrating ordeal. While the initial transaction seemed promising, the post-sale service and communication have been shockingly poor, leaving me regretting my decision to engage with this dealership. The only commendable aspect of my interaction was with the finance director, Monica Ward, who maintained consistent communication throughout the transaction. Unfortunately, her professionalism was an exception in an otherwise dismal customer service landscape at Fletcher Jones. After the initial smooth purchase, things took a turn for the worse. My salesperson, Alex Ball, who had been prompt and attentive earlier, suddenly became unresponsive once the vehicle arrived in New Mexico. Despite my attempts to contact him with questions and concerns, he remained silent, failing even to check on the status of the vehicle's delivery or its condition upon arrival. The advertised condition of the vehicle, which appeared accurate at first glance, turned out to be misleading. The Bluetooth and navigation systems were non-functional, and there were undisclosed tears in the leather seats, a detail I had explicitly inquired about prior to purchase. Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve these issues have been met with utter negligence. The lack of communication from Fletcher Jones has been astonishing. I have been shuffled from one staff member to another, from salesmen to service and sales managers, without any satisfactory resolution. It's been almost two months since the purchase, and I have yet to have a genuine conversation with anyone from the company regarding these issues. Seeking a resolution, I took the vehicle to a local Audi dealer, incurring an $1800 cost to repair the Bluetooth and navigation systems. Even when the local service manager tried to communicate with Fletcher Jones, they seemed uninterested in addressing the matter. The complete disregard for customer concerns after the sale has left me feeling cheated and utterly frustrated. It's deeply disappointing that a dealership of this stature would resort to such unethical practices. I would caution anyone considering an out-of-state purchase from Fletcher Jones to think twice – once they have your money, they appear to have no interest in your concerns or their responsibilities. My hope is that this review will serve as a warning to others, encouraging them to explore alternatives and avoid the frustrating and disheartening experience I've had to endure with Fletcher Jones. I received excellent service. My car was completed when promised. I was given the same model that I drive as a loner car as requested and my service advisor Hayden Denman couldn My car was completed when promised. I purchased an Audi SQ5 from this dealership less than a week ago. I walked in to test drive the car I thought I wanted and drove it home a couple hours later. It was all so easy! TL;DR: There is a reason that this dealership has an F rating with the BBB! Beware! I purchased a used 2023 Mini Cooper SE from Audi Fletcher Jones (via AutoTrader) on Jun 30, 2023. The car was adver rating with the BBB! Beware! I purchased a used 2023 Mini Cooper SE from Audi Fletcher Jones (via AutoTrader) on Jun 30, 2023. The car was advertised as having passed all inspections and being fully functional. I did not receive the car until Jul 11, due to transport delays from AudiFJ. When I received the car, I did not drive it for a while, since I needed to sort out my home-charging situation (it is fully electric). When I did start to drive it, it became clear that the controllers were not working correctly, so (on Jul 17) I scheduled service for it at BMW/Mini (expecting it to be under warranty). On Jul 28 (lag due to their service department scheduling), the BMW dealer showed that coffee/cream had been spilled on the controller and that is why the buttons where not functioning. The liquid being an “outside factor” made it so the repair was not under warranty and it cost more than $1600. I do not drink coffee and I did not have any liquids in the front of the car for the few times I drove it. (Neither did my husband, the only passenger.) So the issue must have been from before Audi FJ sold me the car. When I contacted AudiFJ, first they said that they would reimburse me for the repair. Later the same day, they withdrew the offer and said that the car was inspected and fully functional when it left their dealership and that they could provide me with the records to prove that and that, if it was broken when it left their dealership, I would have complained earllier. They have not supplied me with the records and they have not responded to my recent emails. Do not buy used vehicles from this dealer or, if you do, be sure to have them hand you all of the inspection reports before you give them any money. More

I called the vin into a local to me Audi dealer who mentioned the car had prepaid maintenance as I was awaiting the cars arrival from shipping. Just today called Audi locally about the prepaid maintenance and lo and behold Audi F.J. Canceled the coverage for the prepaid maintenance that was already paid for by the prior owner and attached to the car, for no real reason other than to send a message to me. The salesman I had was a great dude, despite his errors, but the dealership is not doing so hot. Check for another locally! More
