Completely disappointed with my service experience today. I made an appointment with this dealership two weeks ago, explaining my situation. I rearranged my schedule and arrived on time to be greeted by a I made an appointment with this dealership two weeks ago, explaining my situation. I rearranged my schedule and arrived on time to be greeted by a young man who asked me to wait for a service advisor. The service advisor came out looking at her tablet and asked what I needed. After explaining the situation, she told me that I would need to take the car back to the original Audi dealer as she could not tell me if my warranty would cover the service needed. After explaining that I spoke with someone in the service department who told me to bring the car in, the advisors stated that I likely spoke to their call center and that the representative wouldn't know how to handle my situation. Real nice way to waste my time. The advisors acted as if she could care less about my issue and I am certain that this stems in part, to my purchasing this Audi at another dealership. Without offering any alternatives or solutions, she walked back inside and left me to leave the department. I am a big advocate of customer service training and feel as if he service department definitely needs a lesson in how to treat customers. I currently own three Audi's and will not use this dealership to purchase nor service in the future. This is not the Audi way, in my opinion. Do better, Fletcher Jones. More

In all my car buying years I have never had such a streamlined experience. I came in to test drive the Audi Q4 etron. I was on the fence about it and originally had my eye on a Tesla. Jacob sold me on that car before I even had a chance to take it on a test drive. He was super knowledgeable. I ended up driving off that lot with a brand new car that same day. He worked with me on a deal I was comfortable with and Peter had me in and out with my paperwork process. 10/10 service. More

We agreed on the lease's financial terms over the phone and had an appointment to pick up the car. About three hours before the appointment to pick up the car, a Fletch Jones manager called me to confirm the appointment. I told him I would be there on time. I went to the appointment to finalize the deal and pick up the car, but I was told the car was sold. I asked why would you call me to confirm the appointment, and why you made me drive all the way in the 405 traffic on Friday afternoon if the car was sold. Matthew said we want to see if something else interests me. All I can say it has been a bad experience dealing with these guys. They all need an intensive course in Customer Service More

While the initial transaction seemed promising, the post-sale service and communication have been shockingly poor, leaving me regretting my decision to engage with this dealership. The only commendable aspect of my interaction was with the finance director, Monica Ward, who maintained consistent communication throughout the transaction. Unfortunately, her professionalism was an exception in an otherwise dismal customer service landscape at Fletcher Jones. After the initial smooth purchase, things took a turn for the worse. My salesperson, Alex Ball, who had been prompt and attentive earlier, suddenly became unresponsive once the vehicle arrived in New Mexico. Despite my attempts to contact him with questions and concerns, he remained silent, failing even to check on the status of the vehicle's delivery or its condition upon arrival. The advertised condition of the vehicle, which appeared accurate at first glance, turned out to be misleading. The Bluetooth and navigation systems were non-functional, and there were undisclosed tears in the leather seats, a detail I had explicitly inquired about prior to purchase. Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve these issues have been met with utter negligence. The lack of communication from Fletcher Jones has been astonishing. I have been shuffled from one staff member to another, from salesmen to service and sales managers, without any satisfactory resolution. It's been almost two months since the purchase, and I have yet to have a genuine conversation with anyone from the company regarding these issues. Seeking a resolution, I took the vehicle to a local Audi dealer, incurring an $1800 cost to repair the Bluetooth and navigation systems. Even when the local service manager tried to communicate with Fletcher Jones, they seemed uninterested in addressing the matter. The complete disregard for customer concerns after the sale has left me feeling cheated and utterly frustrated. It's deeply disappointing that a dealership of this stature would resort to such unethical practices. I would caution anyone considering an out-of-state purchase from Fletcher Jones to think twice – once they have your money, they appear to have no interest in your concerns or their responsibilities. My hope is that this review will serve as a warning to others, encouraging them to explore alternatives and avoid the frustrating and disheartening experience I've had to endure with Fletcher Jones. I received excellent service. My car was completed when promised. I was given the same model that I drive as a loner car as requested and my service advisor Hayden Denman couldn My car was completed when promised.
