Garrett is definitely above and beyond kind of brand experience guy (our first and certainly not last Audi). Straight forward, not pushy, knowledgable but (felt mostly) honest when wasn't sure on certai experience guy (our first and certainly not last Audi). Thank you to Garrett (and Yasser) and not to mention Khalid (finance manager) for staying back to finish the "deal". I hope they got the recognition and awarded rest for their efforts. All in all, if it wasn't for Garrett, and answering our questions straight forward, I don't know if we would of felt comfortable moving on such an expensive purchase. As a customer, the biggest value in our purchase is not feeling like "taken advantage" or "treated like a sale"., and for the most part Garrett help on this. Thank you Audi Fletcher Jones!
