I purchased a 2023 Q4 e-tron from them last month with very low mileage. They talked to us non-stop trying to persuade us to lease, despite us telling them that we’re not interested in leasing. They then talked us into this car that we purchased, confirming it was in excellent condition, basically like new, with no history of damages. Their finance manager then talked to us nonstop about their warranty package, despite us saying over and over we’re not interested. They’re soooo pushy to a disrespectful point. He ended up discounting it tremendously for us to buy it. Two days after the purchase of my car, I called and messaged my salesperson regarding system messages on some settings, no response. Their consultant later called me to ask me if I had questions, when I told about my system questions, consultant told me that the salesperson would call me back - almost a month later, no call. I’ve barely used it & found this morning a completely flat tire, flat on the ground. I’ve been driving other non-Audi cars for the past 15+ years and never experienced this before. I’ve called them multiple times to speak to someone about it & see if it’s covered under that warranty as this may actually be something in the car (I.e faulty valve), no response. I emailed, nothing - just that someone will call me back. Very disappointed, will not be using a Fletcher Jones dealership again and would not recommend it to anyone else. More
I made an appointment to test drive a used Audi E-Tron GT. There was a mix up that occurred. Disappointed, I had left the dealership but received a phone call within a couple of hours that was sincerely apologetic and wanted to make it up to me! In an extraordinary effort, the head sales manager offered to have the car sent to my home 25mi away for a test drive. I took him up on it. I think we were both glad I did. That evening, I purchased the car but without going in. While I was in the comfort of my own home I completed paperwork to cement the deal. Shortly thereafter, the car again showed up in my driveway--but now it was mine. This dealership and the people here mean it when they say they strive to be the best. Everyone I dealt with was top notch and and an extraordinary help. If you're looking for an Audi ... don't go anywhere else. This is truly an EPIC establishment. We recently bought a used car from this dealership. Although they seemed nice and their dealership appeared legit, we have been having issues after issues with the car. Additionally, the warranty we purchased from the dealership just informed us that they wouldn’t cover the repair because it appears these issues were pre-existing before our purchase. If that was the case, why weren’t these issues disclosed before the purchase of the vehicle? After driving the car off of the lot onto the freeway, we heard rattling in the front passenger side. We informed the sales agent of this a few days later and he stated we could always bring it in to get checked out. Since he didn’t state this would be a complementary service, we decided to wait until the title cleared so we could take it to the Tesla dealership. When we took the car to the shop for a diagnosis, we were informed that the suspension needed to be fixed and the repair would cost around 5k. Two weeks after purchasing the car, we ran it through a car wash and discovered water was coming through the door seals. This is priced at another 1.5k to repair and the warranty won’t be covering it. Was this also just coincidence or was this just not disclosed? Around this same time we discovered the glove box hasn’t been closing properly. Another $400. Coincidence? At this point, I think not. On top of all this, within the last month of purchasing the car, we have also discovered issues with the front heated seats and the Bluetooth microphone…. It’s been a long train reck filled with many phone calls and stress. This shouldn’t have been our experience when dealing with such a reputable brand. More

We had scheduled an appointment to come purchase a specific vehicle in stock. My husband had to rearrange his work and take time off, only to receive a text a couple hours before the appointment that specific vehicle in stock. My husband had to rearrange his work and take time off, only to receive a text a couple hours before the appointment that they sold the vehicle. This is completely unacceptable, and the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. My husband was assured that he could purchase the vehicle, but they lied, then suggested he buy another that is twice as expensive that he has no interest in. I will never buy a car or deal with any Fletcher Jones dealerships, and I strongly recommend to everyone to go somewhere else. More
Extremely disappointed by the sleazy finance team (Khalid specifically) who sold me a 48 month extended warranty on my 2020 Audi A5...but I just found out last week that it was NOT a 48 month warranty from m specifically) who sold me a 48 month extended warranty on my 2020 Audi A5...but I just found out last week that it was NOT a 48 month warranty from my purchase in 2022, rather it was from the manufacture date of 2020. Found out when I took my car in last week that I have $3k in required maintenance and my warranty expired in July of 2024...Khalid completely lied to me and I paid $4500 for a warranty that was covered under the manufacturer warranty anyway- disgusting sales/up charge tactic that I would expect from a low end used car lot, not a premier dealership. More

Service Advisor David D is great at his job. He checks in regularly w/o prompting and was able to get my recalls and TSBs completed. I have worked with David the day prior on another Audi and happened to chat with him about open recall 47UP for my car. He checked and parts had just become available that day- in fact, my car was the very 1st one that they were going to perform this on. David was able to save me an EV loaner while my car was in the shop. Even better since I had mentioned that I was going to be out of town for work during the week- when my car was completed 2 days before my return, he made arrangements to have my car delivered home and pick up loaner. That was a time saver! and xxxxxxto the porter who drove the car- he came back at my request to repark the car since I wasn't available. More

I worked with 2 sales associates at Audi Fletcher Jones and Kyle Spillane was unlike any sales associate we had dealt with ever. His knowledge of Audi's (and pretty much any other vehicle) was insanely unmatched. He is genuine, hilariously quick witted and never pushy. Personally I hate being sold to. Give me the important information, be genuine, funny is a huge plus and don't upsell me . Our experience with General Manager - Brandon Hale who went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of was exceptional. We also had the pleasure to work with Mina Bishay,, Collin Kleinman and Khalid Abousamra and had a fantastic experience with each and everyone of them. If you want a great experience write those names down, ask for them to assist you and let them know Brandi sent you. Definitely ask for Kyle Spillane, you will have a great time and really be able to dive into everything about the vehicle you are interested in. More
The experience at Fletcher Jones Audi was nothing short of exceptional. Everything from initial communications all the way to driving away was perfect. No games, no unnecessary used car tactics. Just vast knowledge of the product, understanding the market and being reasonable. Worked very hard to ensure that I understood all of the numbers, understood what I was paying for and what I needed to do to complete the transaction. I hope the next time I need a car, they are able to find the right one for me. Would gladly make the trip back. More
