A couple months later when my left headlight went out, he went out of his way to replace the bulb himself which far exceeded my expectations. Outstanding Customer Experience Let me just start by saying Eli Buchanan at the Audi Boulder Service Center is an outstanding representative and made a vacation weekend stay on sched Let me just start by saying Eli Buchanan at the Audi Boulder Service Center is an outstanding representative and made a vacation weekend stay on schedule after a car emergency. I had a couple of friends visiting in town and we were set to go to Keystone this weekend for some New Years skiing. On the Wednesday night before the weekend excursion, my driver side door sensor would not read the the car door was shut. The car could no longer be locked by remote or manually. I took it in Thursday morning to see if Audi Boulder could do anything to help me and still make our vacation on time. They took the car in and gave me a nice 2017 Q5 to use in its absence. They assured me I could take it on vacation if my car wasn't done in time. I received a message later that day that my car would be ready tomorrow afternoon. I called explaining that I was trying to leave early in the morning could they have the car ready any sooner. I did not hear back again until Friday morning at 9 that my car was ready. I was amazed! I also had a service planned already for next week and they completed that as well! Originally they told me the car was going to be covered under CPO with an $85 deductible. However later found out, that this was for the previous owner and did not transfer to me. The cost of the repair was $600 with out the CPO coverage. Eli Buchanan waived the whole cost when I returned to pick up my car, so now I didn't even have to pay the $85 deductible. Truly amazing service and an amazing experience! I would recommend service with Eli Buchanan at Audi Boulder to anyone! More

Knowing that I was on a deadline because I had to leave to get home, he pulled some strings and helped not only with the repair late on a Saturday, but made time first thing on a Monday morning for a small problem that another dealer created (and were willing to fix, but were 50 miles from where I was staying). I was given fantastic service when I was visiting from Mn My headlight went out when I was driving to Colorado. This headlight normally takes a mechanic and significant time and money to replace. I drove to Boulder from Denver to come to Audi knowing they always give great service at my Audi in St. Paul, Mn. I always have Audi service my A4 Quattro. I came on a Saturday and got there with little time before they were closing. I didn't realize this headlight was going to be such a big deal to replace. The service consultant Eli Buchanan was so kind and helpful right from the start. He knew I was not from the area and wasn't sure how to get this fixed soon so I could drive at night. I was only going to be in Colorado for a couple days. He decided to make it work and help me right then and there. He was able to somehow get his hand in the headlight area and replaced it for me. I was so thrilled that it was fixed right then but also that someone would put themselves out for me to resolve my problem. This man was awesome! He was so professional and willing to help and all with only minutes before they closed. I knew my own Audi in Mn was great but Eli and Boulder Audi were my heros. I hope Boulder Audi appreciates Eli Buchanan and gives this guy a bonus. They don't want to lose this employee. He was terrific and the experience memorable. I can't thank him enough. More

In the first place, we drove over from 5 hours away (Lake City, Colorado) to use Rob and the great mechanics at Audi Boulder because we've used them for years. But we showed up on the wrong day! Rob fit us in anyway and took care of our service needs. We can't say enough how much this meant to us because it saved us what would have been an additional 10 hour round-trip drive to Boulder and back.
