Exceptional sales/service experience, so we bought the Q3! Based on our exceptional first time experience with Audi Flatirons, and the dedicated time, research, and followup done by Spence Steele our Audi Sale Based on our exceptional first time experience with Audi Flatirons, and the dedicated time, research, and followup done by Spence Steele our Audi Sales Representative, we made the decision to buy a new Q3. We had driven a similar Q3 model as a courtesy vehicle when our former Audi was in for an oil change at this dealership. Rob Ellison who leads the Service Department recommended we try Audi Flatirons for this service and we're definately happy we did! The service was flawless. This opened the door for further conversation about trading in our A4 and before we knew it, Spence and this elite team of professionals went to work and created a sales opportunity we couldn't walk away from. The final sales process went very well. We were done within 2 hours and it was thorough, quick and actually enjoyable for the first time in our car buying history. We are now loyal Audi Flatirons fans and clients for life (thank you Spence)! More
Terrible service during factory repair Ridiculous service during an airbag replacement. They gave me a loaner due to the service schedule. I drove it home, and in the morning went out to fi Ridiculous service during an airbag replacement. They gave me a loaner due to the service schedule. I drove it home, and in the morning went out to find a crack in the windshield. I was charged $529 for the windshield. HOWEVER, they didn’t reset the alert for my airbag service, they charged my card without my permission, and notified me VIA TEXT. They missed the blown bushings on both control arms too. Ken and Rob were rude and have refused to budge on this. Watch out if you take a loaner!!! More

Amazing Personal, Detailed Service. I brought my car in because it was making a strange noise. Instead of just having me leave it, Eli suggested we take a quick drive. Within in 30 sec I brought my car in because it was making a strange noise. Instead of just having me leave it, Eli suggested we take a quick drive. Within in 30 seconds Eli suggested he knew what the problem was. He brought it back, fixed it himself, drove it through the car wash and sent me on my way. The entire visit took less than 20 minutes. If Eli had not suggested the quick drive at least half my day would have been wasted. Look forward to having Eli service my car for years. More
