Should be simple right? I guess they aren’t interested in helping anyone thats not buying a car, or there for warranty work. Service advisor Parker Jacobs has been ignoring me for a few days now. Every single volkswagen dealer i’ve ever been to has had better service than every audi dealer i’ve been too. I think its because the people working at Audi get inflated ego’s thinking “we’re selling luxury cars to luxury clientele” as they sell their 5th $40,000 A4 /Q3 for the week. Its a disease that pervades from the general managers to the service advisors down to the salesmen. Horrible experience, they won’t even take my money when I’m asking them to. More

I had an appointment to have my car picked up and repaired. Unfortunately, my appointemnt was cancelled by Audi at the last minute via text. I was not happy. HOWEVER, everyone makes mistakes – it repaired. Unfortunately, my appointemnt was cancelled by Audi at the last minute via text. I was not happy. HOWEVER, everyone makes mistakes – it is how you handle the mistake that sets you apart. Own up to it, take responsibility and fix it if you can. This is what Audi did for me. After I voiced my concerns about poor service, they agreed, took responsibility and fixed the problem. They came through and picked up my car as originally planned. They took care of everything like they should have in the first place. I greatly appreciate their kindness and helpfulness. Now, we are just waiting for Germany to send the part. In the meantime, they are fixing me up with a loaner and we are crossing our fingers. Excellent customer service from their manager, Rob. More
