However, the team at Audi Boulder really take great care to minimize the impact. Susan, a courtesy driver there was outstanding - making special efforts to fit my schedule. Eli made the experience stellar with his communication and flexibility on adapting to my schedule. Get job! More

Setting up the appointment , choosing the time to bring in your vehicle, providing transportation if needed, reviewing what needs to be fixed, overall review of the vehicle while in the shop, calling before any additional work is done for approval, advising when I can pick up the car, etc., etc. If there are problems they are defined for immediate or a possible problem in the future. Initial Audi Service I took my new S4 in to have it inspected for an extended warranty. I also wanted to get the 45mi service done at the same time. I walked in and met wi I took my new S4 in to have it inspected for an extended warranty. I also wanted to get the 45mi service done at the same time. I walked in and met with Eli and felt right at home immidialaty. He was obviously very competent and has been working with Audi and WV for as long as I have been driving (I am 42) and was the kind of guy I wanted taking care of my new shiny thing. He was honest and not heavy handed at all. I felt like I was doing some auto care with an old friend in my garage over a beer. Very comfortable... except the place was obviously polished and looked nothing like my garage. Eli hooked me up with a loaner and let me know what needed to be done by phone. When I came into the shop to pick up the car, he told me that the 45mi service had already been done by the previous owner. I was impressed. I am happy to be living in Boulder and working with Eli and the Audi Boulder folks on my new S4. More
