I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received at your dealership recently. I have encountered several issues that have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Firstly, I have noticed that my name has been changed without my consent on multiple occasions. It is highly disrespectful to alter a customer's name without their permission, and I find this practice completely unacceptable. Additionally, I am troubled by the way my prepaid services have been managed. Despite receiving a reminder mail indicating my last scheduled service in June, I was surprised to learn that all my prepaid services had been used up. This is concerning, especially considering that my vehicle has very low mileage. It appears that there has been a discrepancy between what the dealership claims and what Audi is aware of, which suggests a lack of communication or transparency in the service process. I understand that mistakes can happen, but these issues have significantly impacted my experience as a customer. As someone who values the quality and reliability that Audi promises, I am disappointed by the level of service I have received. I kindly request that you investigate these matters thoroughly and take appropriate steps to rectify the situation. My Audi went in due to a coolant leak, $6700. 00 later I drove out, not happy about the cost but Michelle Schreiner was clear with her explanations why and based on my past experience with her I w 00 later I drove out, not happy about the cost but Michelle Schreiner was clear with her explanations why and based on my past experience with her I was comfortable the service provided was needed. While driving home I noticed the Engine Electrical Malfunction Light was on, called Michelle, she had me bring it right in, again provided a loaner and off I went. When I received the mechanics video of what was wrong I was a little more than upset. When I first brought it in for the coolant leak I received the vehicle health report and with the exception of the coolant issue, tires and windshield, everything else was green. How in a couple of days could the serpentine belt need replacement, another coolant leak found, among other issues found. Michelle told me she was having the shop foreman look into all these issues for an explanation of what was going on and why. I really had not given her a chance to get back to me before sending her a text of my displeasure. Long story short, Michelle responded shortly after my text with the explanation from the shop foreman and the fact that all repair costs would be taken care of, none would be mine. The majority of the issues were in areas of the engine that were involved/handled in the initial coolant repair work. Again, based on past experience with Michelle, I trust her and was very appreciative of the way she handled this situation. It could have been an unpleasant experience for all involved. Even when there are some bumps, it's always a pleasure doing business with Michelle. More
