Incompetence Reigns Supreme at this dealer! Called at 9:30 am this morning and told receptionist I wanted to talk with a salesman concerning the new Q6. She switched me to a female sales person Called at 9:30 am this morning and told receptionist I wanted to talk with a salesman concerning the new Q6. She switched me to a female sales person that told me they just got a white one in that was not on the floor yet. I told her I was interested in seeing the blue one to check out the color. She told me that they had a Q8 in stock that had that plasma Blue color that I could check out. I drove 30 miles to the dealer just 4 hours later and was assigned to a salesman named Deion (who frankly doesn't know his head from his xxx) who wasted 20 minutes of my time before I asked to be transferred to someone else. The next guy told me they had no Plasma Blue cars at the dealer and who could not figure out to which salesperson I talked to just 4 hours prior. How many female car salesman are on duty at the dealer just 4 hr prior? Come on! You lost me as any potential customer for an Audi. Good Reason to just use a broker! More
