Perfect ! We have been in the US from France for almost 4 years and it was the 4th car i was buying in Colorado. This has been by far the best buying experience i had. After test driving the car, we told our sales rep, Jim Page , what we needed to make the deal happen in term of pricing and trade in value. Within 10 minutes, everything was approved and we could move forward with the paperwork. Jim called our insurance and other stakeholders and managed all the painful paperwork for us. On the financing side, allowing us to benefit from Audi CPO 1.9% made a big difference. Jim was very helpful, help us expedite the process and we drove with the car two hours after our first discussion. Very efficient, keep their words, i would recommend to friends and family. More

Jeff Mcdowell was the finance director he worked with and I have to say that he made this experience smooth and never once made us feel as though we were getting anything short of a great deal! He worked hard to get me where I needed to be and I have to say this will be my Audi dealer of choice BY FAR! I won't go anywhere else. Here's my story: Sitting at coffee that morning cruising the internet for cars and dealerships knowing a few options I wanted to look at but not dead set on anything. Showed up as a walk-in at the dealership and was immediately helped by Katie O'Neill. Up until this day I had not known what a good car shopping experience was. Katie went above and beyond to find me a car that I not only love but fit my price range as well. Her enthusiasm was one of the best parts of the experience and got me very excited about buying a car! After explaining to her what I hoped to gain out of my next car purchase (basically something fun to drive all day ) she immediately tracked down a vehicle that ended up being perfect for me and fit my financial perameters.
