It started with the chat feature Working with Audi Boulder was a fantastic experience from start to finish for my recent purchase of a 2016 Audi Q3. It started with the chat feature on the website where I expressed interest in stopping in to look at the Q3 and better understand the packages available. When I arrived, two cars of varying features were already pulled up, ready to look at. Madison was extremely patient with me while I looked at multiple models (Q3 and Q5) and a previously owned competitive manufacturer vehicle. I transitioned to working with Max the next time I came in because of an upcoming personnel change. For the second time, an Audi Brand Specialist at this dealership was extremely patient and answered all of my questions in a non-rushed manner. There was zero pressure and it was actually a calming experience to know I found the vehicle that was going to fit my needs and wants. The two of them really made it a fun experience without sacrificing the informative piece to car shopping and most importantly, were everything opposite of the stereotypical car sales professional. Finding the right vehicle to get to the financial transaction was the more stressful part for me so once we started talking numbers and finalizing details, the process was efficient, smooth, and just a matter of course. Communication throughout the process was prompt and thorough. Max continues to be extremely helpful as I become more familiar with my new vehicle. This was by far the easiest car transaction in my history of purchasing vehicles. So thank you for having a great team and being so easy to work with! More

He was also thorough in explaining pros and cons of the two different versions of the Q3 we were looking at, and equally thorough with making sure I really knew how to work the car. We're delighted with the car, and will definitely come back when we're ready for our next car! More

I came into the dealership with the intention of looking at a used VW that was at the dealership I had a great experience working with Adam and Brett. I came into the dealership with the intention of looking at a used VW that was at the dealership from a trade-in. While this is primarily a new Audi dealership, I did not feel that my sale was any less important. We took a great test drive, even stopping by my husband's work so he could scope out the car, too. Adam was very easy to talk to, he gave me plenty of time to think over my decision, and answered all my questions honestly. Brett was also really easy to deal with on the financial end of things, and although it was getting to be closing time, I didn't feel rushed. And Adam's Family Guy quotes and Brett's ill-disguised fear of moths made for an entertaining evening. ;) Overall, great experience. More

Newcomers have a great experience! We are new to the Front Range and I was discussing my need for a personal vehicle at a local body shop while having work done on a family members' car We are new to the Front Range and I was discussing my need for a personal vehicle at a local body shop while having work done on a family members' car. The contact put me in touch with John Steiner who runs the service department. John introduced us to Deon Stoianov who quickly became our favorite sales contact! The Certified Pre-Owned car we decided to consider was not even at the dealership yet, so we test drove a newer vehicle with Deon to get a feel for the Audi brand. He did not try to push us into anything and followed up with us when the vehicle arrived. We drove the 2012 A6 and fell in love with it! While we were there the w indshield was replaced due to a small chip - no detail was overlooked. Deon and the management got us the price we wanted to pay and Matt in finance made the loan arrangements quickly and painlessly - even beat our credit union with a better rate. Overall a wonderful buying experience! More
