While this is primarily a new Audi dealership, I did not feel that my sale was any less important. We took a great test drive, even stopping by my husband's work so he could scope out the car, too. Adam was very easy to talk to, he gave me plenty of time to think over my decision, and answered all my questions honestly. Brett was also really easy to deal with on the financial end of things, and although it was getting to be closing time, I didn't feel rushed. And Adam's Family Guy quotes and Brett's ill-disguised fear of moths made for an entertaining evening. ;) Overall, great experience. More

Newcomers have a great experience! The contact put me in touch with John Steiner who runs the service department. John introduced us to Deon Stoianov who quickly became our favorite sales contact! The Certified Pre-Owned car we decided to consider was not even at the dealership yet, so we test drove a newer vehicle with Deon to get a feel for the Audi brand. He did not try to push us into anything and followed up with us when the vehicle arrived. We drove the 2012 A6 and fell in love with it! While we were there the w indshield was replaced due to a small chip - no detail was overlooked. Deon and the management got us the price we wanted to pay and Matt in finance made the loan arrangements quickly and painlessly - even beat our credit union with a better rate. Overall a wonderful buying experience! More

He let me drive any car I wanted to insure I would make the best choice. When the negotiation part came about, he put me in the driver's seat. He let me dictate what price I was willing to pay. He always took my "low" offer(s) into the manager even if he was sure it would not be approved. I firmly believed I was in control of the situation, and all that happened. I never once had buyer's remorse with either purchase. I look forward to purchasing a third Audi (probably a Q3 to replace my VW Tiguan) from him in the future. More
