Happy First Time Audi Buyer I recently purchased a CPO A4 for from the dealership. This was the first time I had bought a car from a dealership and not from a private party, and I recently purchased a CPO A4 for from the dealership. This was the first time I had bought a car from a dealership and not from a private party, and I was a little apprehensive about dealing with pushy salespeople and cheap tactics. I ended up working with Max Pavlov, and he proved to be the opposite of what I expected from a dealership. Max is a really good dude, and wasn't pushy at all. He was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, and totally upfront about features and options I was getting. The whole process was very pleasant, even down to negotiating the price. In the end, I feel like Max steered me to the right car for my price range. I feel like I got a lot of bang for my buck. The rest of the staff was very professional and efficient as well. If I get another Audi, I will definitely go to Audi Boulder and buy from Mr. Max Pavlov again. Also the B8 A4 with Quattro is a heck of a car. Couldn't be happier with it. Audi Boulder can break the Traditional Car Dealer Stereotype Working with Audi Boulder was a fantastic experience from start to finish for my recent purchase of a 2016 Audi Q3. It started with the chat feature on the website where I expressed interest in stopping in to look at the Q3 and better understand the packages available. When I arrived, two cars of varying features were already pulled up, ready to look at. Madison was extremely patient with me while I looked at multiple models (Q3 and Q5) and a previously owned competitive manufacturer vehicle. I transitioned to working with Max the next time I came in because of an upcoming personnel change. For the second time, an Audi Brand Specialist at this dealership was extremely patient and answered all of my questions in a non-rushed manner. There was zero pressure and it was actually a calming experience to know I found the vehicle that was going to fit my needs and wants. The two of them really made it a fun experience without sacrificing the informative piece to car shopping and most importantly, were everything opposite of the stereotypical car sales professional. Finding the right vehicle to get to the financial transaction was the more stressful part for me so once we started talking numbers and finalizing details, the process was efficient, smooth, and just a matter of course. Communication throughout the process was prompt and thorough. Max continues to be extremely helpful as I become more familiar with my new vehicle.
