Michael was very responsive. We drove 2 hours to check out a Subaru and he made sure it was ready for us. He explained all the bells & whistles my wife & I questioned. We've had an extremely bad experience with Colorado Springs "largest" dealership about 10 years ago. Last week we were forced to use them again. It was not good nor fun. I had to give them an ultimatum if they could not help us by 4:30 Friday we are moving on. At 4:35 called Audi Flatirons, Michael answered and I asked about a Subaru. He called back in about 5 minutes and said it was still available. He was willing to have it ready for us that night but I told him we are coming from Peyton, CO and it will be a big drive. We talked about the car on the phone. and will hold it for us. We scheduled it for 10 on Saturday. We got in a touch late thanks to Alameda & I-25 parking lot. Got there & the car was out front waiting for us. Talked about it, took it for a drive, and talked more. Michael walked us thru the buying process. My wife left to go get a certified check. While she was gone, he got the paper work ready & we talked. My wife was relaxed & happy with the whole experience. So much so, she said when it is my turn to get a car, she would not mind going back - traveling the 2 hours. When we got the keys, the 2016 car was looking like it just rolled of the showroom. It looked amazing inside & out. And I was very surprised to see a full tank of gas, that means a lot especially knowing we had a big drive back home. Thank you a million times over for Michael & Michelle. I hope to see ya soon for me :-) More
