I had a terrible experience with Audi in Farmington HIlls service department. I had weeks of the run around for a simple repair including poor communication, lack of notes, delay in scheduling, and rude staf service department. The worst part of the experience was being quoted on a price and the quote changing to 11 times more than the original price. I understand estimates but labor time, but being wrong by 11x is unacceptable. More
I would like to go on the record by saying that I am not one to give a negative review about a company. I feel like it's important to give people the benefit of the doubt. With that being said, I extremely disappointed at the lack of communication that was given to me and my husband. We dropped off our car on August 2, 2023 for minor repairs with the expectation that it would only take a couple of days to fix...After not hearing anything from them and making phone calls and leaving voicemails, we received no call back, even after numerous attempts to find out what was going on with our vehicle. My husband went as far as to go up there, not once but twice and still got no time frame on when the car would be fixed; and even tried to reach out the service manager to get some type of information and couldn't even get him to respond to our calls. Mind you that this is going on 3 weeks, and we finally are just now speaking to a manager. We shouldn't have to be chasing anyone about updates on a vehicle they had in their possession for nearly a month on a repair they said, "will only take a day or two to fix." This Leaves a bad taste in my mouth about this company. We went to the dealership to get the best quality service in a timely manner but instead their lack of communication has been completely unacceptable. More
I recently took in my AUDI S8 for vehicle multiple module calibration ( I purchased a used TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE and wanted to bring it in for service) my service advisor was Jessika D. (she told me to email he calibration ( I purchased a used TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE and wanted to bring it in for service) my service advisor was Jessika D. (she told me to email her a list of components that i replaced ) I knew right away she knew what she was doing ( she didnt judge the car she wanted to make sure the tech knew what hes working with. Jessika was very helpful with the process and followed up with me step by step along the way. we then ran into a minor bump during the service repair (jessika was kind enough to have me speak directly to James (service technician) not only did he help me understand the issue but also should me. the type of repair needed to move forward. I'm lucky to have worked with such honest staff. I couldn't get all the modules completed due to a few faults of my own. but i can confidently say this is the best experienced I had from a service department. ( I specializes in total loss projects and met quite a few services advisors and technicians. But none compare to the knowledge and efficiency from these two! I would rate Patrick Hamama the highest rating possible. He was my salesman for my new car, purchased last May (2022). My car was recalled in November 2022 and has been in their service shop ever since, over 3 months now, “waiting for parts.” It wasn’t until I got Patrick involved that the service manager called me with an update. The service manager never responded to my voice mail from 3 weeks earlier. When I called Patrick, recently, to complain, the service manager responded to me within 10 minutes of that phone call. Patrick is amazing. I would purchase another car from him in a heartbeat. I’m just not sure I would take my car back to their service department, based on this recall experience. Time will tell. I do have a loaner, and that is positive. I just want my recalled car back, especially since I purchased it new and was only able to drive it for 6 months before it was recalled. I don’t know if this recall/parts issue is the fault of Audi not being prepared or the dealer not being prepared. Maybe you can tell me. Either way, my car has been sitting since November, waiting for parts to be shipped. More

I made an appointment with this dealership, and at the time of makin this appoint all the information was given including the warranty service that I had. It's very upsetting to wait over a month for an appointment only to be turned away for service. I had a Lithia warranty and Service advisor Jessika Dlugosz denied me service. She stated that the dealership did not accept my warranty, when in fact this was the only Audi dealership that did accept the Lithia program and this is why I drove 45 minutes to this location. I felt these actions were racist, and no matter what kind of warranty I had they were not going to service me. After a week on the phone with my dealership and finance department, Jennifer finance manager at audi of farmington hills contacted me and arranged a pick up for my car to service the oil change and inspect my brakes. Even today no one can tell me what happened and why no one looked at my car the day of my appointment. There was no remorse from anyone at Audi of Farmington Hills, I guess their ok with just telling me it was a misunderstanding. This was more than a misunderstanding. This was maybe a lack of knowledge as well as definitely a lack of wanting to be of service and help me the customer! The General Manager from my dealership paid for the oil change, and my brakes never got fixed. I am very disappointed with the treatment at Audi of Farmington Hills. Lithia's mission statement and core value is to earn customers for life and to take personal ownership?!? How does the president and ceo Bryan DeBoer feel about this type of treatment to me and who knows how many others? Audi of Farmington Hills, I expect better! More
First I want to say I have nothing but praise for this dealership and the people working here. I had my Audi in for service. They were to fix what seemed like an easy oil leak. Several visits and about dealership and the people working here. I had my Audi in for service. They were to fix what seemed like an easy oil leak. Several visits and about two months later the car is working great. It turned out to be a very difficult leak to find and almost as difficut a repair process to fix it. Personally this was the hardest problem i have ever had with a car. At the end of the day Mr. Contratto never gave up and the car is running great. When I could not reach Mr Contratto, Che Shaydak was always available and always gave me a straight answer. He is a very honest man. My next car will definately be an Audi. If would have been easier and cheaper for them to just give me my money back and wish me good luck. They did the right thing and you can trust them will your money. This place is a gem for the Suburban collection. More
Unorganized location in Farmington hills. I love my vehicle but it sucks getting any service at this place. I scheduled and a oil change and reserved a loaner a month in advance, just for me to arrive vehicle but it sucks getting any service at this place. Now I’m late for work, inconvenienced on gas and I still have to return for an oil change. Keep in mind I needed my oil changed a week ago but they said 9/24 was the soonest loaner available. I’m so upset and will be avoiding service here at all cost!! More

Jerron makes you feel as though your vehicle is the most important one when I have had excellent experiences both with the dealer, and with Jerron.
