Obviously the cars are great, but the ease of making a deal that works for both the dealership and the customer is incredibly easy with these guys....same as it was in 1987 when I bought my first new car, a 16V VW Scirocco, from Valerie. This last time with Jonathan was just as easy.....highly recommended! More

Roy Medeiros service advisor is demeaning and condescending!gave the dealer all zeros on the manufacturer server. On the third visit Roy medeiros at the consent of the owner told us he could not service our vehicle and to NEVER RETURN to Mattie. Upon review of their service on Yelp over twenty reviews were negative. Roy Medeiros continued to ensue an argument outside the dealer ship and several salesmen stood around laughing and mocking us. We felt in danger and once again the owner who was in the building NEVER came to resolve the issue. Very sad that this dealer us being run like a ghetto and the personnel are extremely uneducated about service. In addition many of the original technicians have left and only a few original dealership personnel remain. Please take your business elsewhere. Volkswagen of America needs to investigate Mattie Imports. Buy your car elsewhere! Bad . More
