When I finally needed dealer service Ivwent tobAudi Exchange because of positive experiences from my last Audi. The service was great, quick greeting, excellent Q5 loaner. Most importantly they fixed some fairly complicated issues regarding two warning lights. The car runs like new. And icing on the cake was it was delivered back to me as clean as if it had been detailed. More

Some detailers remove everything and put in pouches for interior and trunk and by compartment so thry can clean thise areas. But really, thats splitting hairs. Jason treated me great. More
problem car I have a 2014 Audi Q7 that has the front windshield icing up on the inside of the car, and the defroster do not deice it., The car has been back to th I have a 2014 Audi Q7 that has the front windshield icing up on the inside of the car, and the defroster do not deice it., The car has been back to the dealership numerous times and the problem has not been fixed the last time the windshield iced up so bad that it cracked and dealership would not warranty it. Other issues the brakes have squeaked the first week of owning the car and I have gone back to the dealer and was told to push harder on the brake pedal,they still squeak. The belly pan fell off after their tech worked on the car and they didn't want to warranty it either, they wanted to charge me for a new one, after my husband talked to the service writer, my husband told them that they were the only people who worked on the car. They finally replaced it under the warranty. After calling Audi customers service about the windshield problem and getting little results it leads me to writing my review do to the poor service. I will not be buying another Audi and will not recommend one. Annette Ashbacher More
One VERY Bad Visit My 10 year old A4 Cabriolet had been used sparingly but was going on a long trip. Brought the car in for a total service to be certain my wife and I w My 10 year old A4 Cabriolet had been used sparingly but was going on a long trip. Brought the car in for a total service to be certain my wife and I would be safe on a 2000 mile highway journey. They came back with a $3500 bill and while a lot of money, I was happy to have the car I love in tip top shape. NOT SO FAST. When I arrived at my destination a loud hum and shimmy began. The local dealer examined it and said $2500 to replace the drive train, repair the mounts and flush the dirt out of the brake fluid! Oh, and by the way, your convertible top is separating from the rear window. Audi recommends replacing the top for $4000. WHAAAAT? This 10 year old car (only 70,000 miles) is now supposed to cost $10,000 to keep on the road. Oh, there is more but the fact is the Audi Exchange never totally checked out the car. The second dealer made it clear that none of the repairs they saw were NEW. They should have been addressed in at the Audi Exchange the first time. I talked to Audi corporate in Detroit who have absolutely no authority to anything. THESE GUYS ARE AWFUL. They are not thorough in the least. Oil change? No problem. Anything more, find another dealer. And, FAST. More

I had a loaner car ( a sweet new A6, btw! ) and my car was done a few hours before I was even due back to pick it up. The waiting room and refreshments are always top notch, just like the service here. My car is washed and the interior is cleaned when I pick it up. It was even pulled inside the waiting area/service bay so that I could quickly jump in it to get home in time for dinner. Once again, this dealership has shown why it is so successful both in sales (see Drew Malone for used or new cars, great guy!) and service. When you treat your customers the way the Exchange does, and in the environment it provides, it easy to see why people will go out of their way to patronize this business. A+++ once again! More
