From the initial booking of the appt. to the service to the return of my vehicle I was sooo pleased with her help.. Over the years I have dealt with service depts. @ BMW, VW, Volvo & Ford...never had the unbelievable service like I received at the Audi Exchangein Highland Park.. Service department was very responsive I had an issue with the new brakes on my RS7. Mike took me right in and gave me a loaner. Service manager (Jeff, I think) personally drove the car a I had an issue with the new brakes on my RS7. Mike took me right in and gave me a loaner.
