When we initially walked into the dealership Ramzi approached us. He was not a pushy salesman which we appreciated..He was very knowledgeable about the Audi and took us on a test drive..at the same t approached us. I has talked to Ramzi Amawi over the phone and in 3 short hours had a deal in place. I flew in to town and he picked me up on his day off to take me to the dealership. My husband and I were shopping for a new Q7. We drove up to the dealer and there were no other customers there. We walked around outside for 10 minutes, no one came out to talk to us. We went inside the dealer, walked around and looked at all of the cars, no one talked to us. We stood by the brochures for a few minutes, no one talked to us. We went back outside and walked the rest of the lot, no one came out to talk to us. I should mention there were a ton of salespeople inside, but none even bothered to look up when we were inside. After 20 minutes we decided to leave, totally disgusted. We drove an hour to the Audi dealer in Napervile and 3 hours later had bought a new Q7... Cash. Don't know what they were judging us on in Highland Park, but they lost an easy$56,000 and any referral we would ever give. Drive the extra miles and go to Naperville, it will be worth he drive. More
My wife and I purchase a certified 2008 Audi TT in June 2010. After getting the vehicle home we noticed a small ding directly on a crease below the drivers mirror. Upon further inspection by a body shop it 2010. After getting the vehicle home we noticed a small ding directly on a crease below the drivers mirror. Upon further inspection by a body shop it was clear that the dealer had tried to perform a paintless dent repair on it. If looked at with the right light there are waves in the door skin from the equipment used to try and repair the ding. After contacting the dealership we were told to bring the car in for them to look at it. After a couple of days and a promise by the new car manager and our saleman Bob that they would make it right we were ultimately told that it was our problem. If the dealership had even offered to split the cost of a proper repair it would have been at least something. Instead they offered to let us have it fixed at their body shop for full price. More
