After having a poor experience at a different Audi dealership, I had minimal patience for bad customer service. Upon entering The Audi Exchange, my father and I were greeted by Ramzi. Ramzi was very helpful, patient, and not the least bit pushy. He was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly and honestly, that isn't a common trait amongst other salesmen. Ramzi was more interested in putting me into the right car, rather than making a sale. He was always willing to go the extra mile to provide us with the utmost customer service. It is great to see a salesman so enthusiastic about the product that he even stayed past closing to show me how to use the features in my new car. That meant a great deal to me because it saved me a trip back to the dealership. With customer service so phenomenal, The Audi Exchange has surely gained a loyal customer. More

When we initially walked into the dealership Ramzi approached us. He was not a pushy salesman which we appreciated..He was very knowledgeable about the Audi and took us on a test drive..at the same t approached us. My husband and I were shopping for a new Q7. We drove up to the dealer and there were no other customers there. We walked around outside for 10 minutes, no one came out to talk to us. We went inside the dealer, walked around and looked at all of the cars, no one talked to us. We stood by the brochures for a few minutes, no one talked to us. We went back outside and walked the rest of the lot, no one came out to talk to us. I should mention there were a ton of salespeople inside, but none even bothered to look up when we were inside. After 20 minutes we decided to leave, totally disgusted. We drove an hour to the Audi dealer in Napervile and 3 hours later had bought a new Q7... Cash. Don't know what they were judging us on in Highland Park, but they lost an easy$56,000 and any referral we would ever give. Drive the extra miles and go to Naperville, it will be worth he drive. More
