I hate to say it but I find this harder and harder to find and did not have similiar experiences at other dealerships. I was looking to upgrade my current vechile and needless to say many people had a preconceived notion and attitude when working with me. Worst service experience ever. Greg in service is a complete a**hole. He wouldn't talk to me about the damage his service team did to my $60,000 car because the "weather was too nice". The initial walk around for my car cams back perfect mind you when I brought it in and really nothing I wanted fixed was actually fixed. My car sat there for a week to get cleaned. So furious! Will never go back there again and I've been a loyal Audi customer for years. Just because I'm young doesn't mean I'm inferior or have less to spend than anyone else. They messed with the wrong person. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALER! More
