She felt, without a doubt, that this was the best customer service and sales experience she has ever had outside of Japan and that it compared with the best of the service offered in that country that is legendary for service. Our car looked brand-new thanks to the superb detailing and these guys provided us with new rear brakes since the ones on the car looked like they might need replaced fairly soon.
