Alex Jung was welcoming, personable, professional, knowledgable and respectful. Alex was persistent without being intrusive as many car sales people are. So many vehicle purchase transactions that I have had in the past have seemed adversarial, but we had a pleasant time purchasing our vehicle from Alex. It seems odd to say that we had a pleasant car shopping experience, but from our initial interactions with Alex through signing our final paperwork with Dan Fernstrom in finance, it truly was a good experience. While you never know if you got the best deal, we felt good about the price we paid and didn't feel that we had just been taken to the cleaners.
