When I called to inquire about the car, I spoke with Ramzi Amawi. He was very helpful, and immediately offered to send us information. He was very polite, not pushy at all. We made an appointment to see the car 2 days later. We were both pleasantly surprised at the amount of time Ramzi spent explaining the capabilities of the Q7. He answered all of our questions, and gave us a few demonstrations on how to utilize some of the car's features. We weren't previous Audi owners, so, we also appreciated the information on what makes an Audi different from it's competitors. We were so impressed, we bought the vehicle that day. He's offered to go through the car's features with us again. Ramzi was very straight forward and extremely easy to work with. He gave us exactly what we wanted without any hassle at the lowest price around. He was responsive and respectful of our needs. His deep knowledge of the product allowed him to suggest we tweak our specifications a bit in a way which ended up yielding us greater savings for a better optioned car.
