We recently purchased a 2024 Audi A5 Premium Plus to replace our 2018 A5 model. He briefed us on the purchase and trade-in process and then turned us over to Robert to talk through the details of warranty options, and vehicle trade-in. Everything was clearly explained to us (pros and cons) and we were extremely pleased with the trade-in amount we got for our 2018 A5. After signing all of the papers, Brian came back to me once again, to give me a quick walk-through of the A5’s control panel and the vehicle settings.
