I had literally been looking for an S4 for about 5 years but could never find the one that was the right combination of miles, year and price. I found one that looked like it could be close at the Audi Exch but could never find the one that was the right combination of miles, year and price. I found one that looked like it could be close at the Audi Exchange, (I live in Minneapolis) and started a conversation with Ramzi. After being semi-ignored by my local dealerships, and even told "good luck finding that" by one-- I wasn't overly optimistic. I sent Ramzi an idea of the numbers I was looking for. He later called me to tell me he was "close." By the end of the night, we had a deal, and it was even better than I could have hoped. I am getting married, buying a house, and no doubt kids not too far down the road. Lucas was a wonderful salesperson. I never once felt pressure to buy the car as I usually do from other dealers. He was extremely kind and patient.
