He is very knowledgeable and helpful--when I've had the car in for service or a car wash, he always finds me to say hello and asks If I am still enjoying my Q5. Very good experience at the Audi Exchange . I bought a CPO A6 Prestige 3 months ago, and I love it! I've owned many cars (including 3 BMW's, a Cadillac xxx-V, and a Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R-Spe . I bought a CPO A6 Prestige 3 months ago, and I love it! I've owned many cars (including 3 BMW's, a Cadillac xxx-V, and a Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R-Spec.). I can honestly say it will be difficult to buy anything but an Audi going forward! As for the sales associate, Lucas Kielar was top notch. He was very knowledgeable, passionate and responsive to my emails both before and after the sale. Coming to an agreement on a price for the Audi and for my trade-in was a pleasant one. Regarding the dealership experience, I had two minor critiques but the dealer was very quick to respond, happy to remedy, and I am confident they are addressing my concerns in order to continually improve the buying experience for their customers. What else can you ask for from a dealer? Overall a very good buying experience. I recommend Audi and highly recommend Lucas Kielar. I will certainly contact Lucas from the Audi Exchange first when it's time to trade in my A6. More

Bottom Line: 'You Bought a Used Car' My experience with the Audi Exchange (and Audi of America) has been pretty frustrating and ultimately a big disappointment. The CPO'd A6 I bought from the Audi Exchange was a vehicle that supposedly had undergone a "thorough 300+ point dealer inspection process"; one so exhaustive that "no other manufacturer can lay claim to a more thorough Certified pre-owned inspection process." Wow, sounds impressive. So, imagine my surprise when, not long after I purchased my car, I learned that it had been in a serious accident and the repairs had not done to spec. I contacted the Audi Exchange about it. At first they denied any knowledge of the accident. But when I brought the car in to be examined, they did admit to knowing about the damage. However, they just hemmed and hawwed and said they didn't think the work looked *too* bad. Bottom line: they said 'you bought a used car' and that was it. I contacted Audi of America. All they did was send me a canned response 'thank you for sharing your concerns' and I never heard from them again. So much for the "pledge to do everything we can to keep the dream alive by offering you an ownership experience that rivals even those of the most exclusive clubs in the world." More
Worst buying car experience ever. he worst experience ever buying a vehicle. Came in on Saturday, they had the car I wanted. Negotiated the deal, pretty much got the price I wanted, they checked my credit report, salesman Al Vigiletti said "good score, nice credit". This was my 5th car that I'm buying in the last 5 years. They couldn't deliver car on Saturday because of bunch of reasons, I kind of fell into it since I thought it is Saturday afternoon and everyone wants to go home, so salesman told me "have an insurance ready on Monday and we'll good to go". I double asked him "are you sure, did Audi/VW financial approved my lease?" his answer was "Believe me, I work here for over 20+ years, I know what Im talking about". So I did spend few hours shopping for a new insurance and spending few hundred bucks setting it up (hopefully they will refund me most of paid money there). And when I called in on Monday to make sure that car is ready to go - there were more bad news waiting. Car NOT ready, not even approved. They wanted to check my credit once again for some reason, when I asked why do you need a second report in 2 days - they couldn't even give a decent reason. Since when VW credit services checks credit 2-3 times in few days just to extend a credit. Obviously that was BIG FAT LIE. Very disappointed, wasted half of my Saturday, and even insured the car that I was never even approved for. Would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone, since this is simply waste of time. You DESERVE a much better service when purchasing 60-70K cars. More

problem car I have a 2014 Audi Q7 that has the front windshield icing up on the inside of the car, and the defroster do not deice it., The car has been back to th I have a 2014 Audi Q7 that has the front windshield icing up on the inside of the car, and the defroster do not deice it., The car has been back to the dealership numerous times and the problem has not been fixed the last time the windshield iced up so bad that it cracked and dealership would not warranty it. Other issues the brakes have squeaked the first week of owning the car and I have gone back to the dealer and was told to push harder on the brake pedal,they still squeak. The belly pan fell off after their tech worked on the car and they didn't want to warranty it either, they wanted to charge me for a new one, after my husband talked to the service writer, my husband told them that they were the only people who worked on the car. They finally replaced it under the warranty. After calling Audi customers service about the windshield problem and getting little results it leads me to writing my review do to the poor service. I will not be buying another Audi and will not recommend one. Annette Ashbacher More
