The service department at Audi Exchange is far and above the best run service department I've ever dealt with anywhere. To be that well organized and thorough with the volume of vehicles passing through is quite an accomplishment. It is evident that they are not only well managed but, that the employees genuinely enjoy working there. I've had a couple of minor issues with the vehicle that I purchased and both were cared for immediately and fixed right the first time. Very pleased with the vehicle and the entire experience. Now quit reading this and go buy an Audi from Harold! More

Salesperson/Adviser was pompous and judgemental I shopped on the internet for the best prices on a low mileage late model Audi A6. I received many hits from the Audi Exchange inventory, so I used their email link to ask some questions. The Internet salesperson Alison Skwarek responded immediately with an email and phone call. The conversation was very pleasant and informative. Alison set me up with an Internet Client Adviser/salesperson by the name of Matt Kahn. This is where the pleasant part of the car buying experience ended. A few days after initial contact, I drove to the dealership to meet with Matt Kahn and look at an A6. I walked into the dealership, which was bright, clean and modern looking. An older gentleman saw me wandering and asked if I needed help. I told him I was supposed to meet with Matt Kahn, so he went and found him for me. From the moment Matt Kahn saw me I could feel the judgement oozing from this guy. His whole expression changed to that of someone who thought I was not worthy of his time. Of this I am positive, facial expressions and body language don't lie. And this guy was as transparent as can be. I pressed on, even though I felt somewhat belittled, and asked if I could see the A6. Matt Kahn said he would go look for it and bring it to the front. He said to go over to the small beverage counter and get something to drink. I did that and stood there for about 5 minutes while the attendant at the counter spent the whole time talking to someone else (some rich North Shore barbie doll). She never even noticed I was there. Before I got impatient and was about to interrupt her, Matt Kahn came back with a crap-eating grin on his face. He informed me that the car was just sold. It took everything in my power not to wipe that smirk off his pompous face. I said "ok thanks for checking" and headed for the door. Matt Kahn then half-halfheartedly asked me if he could help me with another car. I said no thanks, you've helped me enough and walked out. Believe me when I tell you that I did nothing but walk into that dealership and ask for Matt Kahn. The disrespectful way in which Matt Kahn dealt with me was disgraceful. I'm guessing he doesn't even realize he behaved that way because pompous, arrogant people like him rarely ever think there is anything wrong with the way they behave. So, if you are a pompous, arrogant jerk yourself or have so much money that you would be treated differently by this guy, then by all means shop at the Audi Exchange for your next car. But if you are like me, a regular guy, who earned every penny I have and want to spend your hard earned money on a high quality car, I would advise you to avoid this dealership and if not, at least avoid Matt Kahn. UPDATE 2/3/16: Mario Rogic the general manager at Audi Exchange responded to my review very quickly. He offered to have me come back in and be shown how well they really treat their customers and that this incident was an anomaly and not what they condone. I have already purchased another vehicle, but wanted to note that Audi Exchange did respond very quickly and respectfully. More

Truly a ONE OF A KIND buying experience with Joey Ruffolo!! I am an avid car enthusiast who loves cars and when it's comes to cars, I want what I want and I'm not going to settle or take a car on the lot to sav I am an avid car enthusiast who loves cars and when it's comes to cars, I want what I want and I'm not going to settle or take a car on the lot to save $500 or $1,000. I haven't bought a car that was sitting on the lot for as long as I can remember. I have been buying luxurious German cars (Audi's, Porsches', Mercedes', BMW's and Volkswagens) for years and when it comes to cars from someone who knows what they are selling. I have been buying Audi's for years and one of the vehicles I currently have is a 2014 Audi SQ5. I was in the market for a new 2016 Audi S6 and was looking to add another vehicle. I was looking to order a particular car optioned a certain way but had a couple of questions in regards to those options and Audi's "Audi Exclusive" program which gives you the opportunity to tailor a new Audi any way you would like (hundreds of different exterior paint color options separate from the 5-8 standard colors, different interior wood trim inlays, interior colors and much more..) but when I called around several local Audi dealers (I am a resident of South Florida) I could tell those (multiple dealers) were giving me the run around with false information because they wanted me to take an in-stock vehicle in a different color or optioned differently from the way I wanted my car even though I repeatedly told them I wouldn't. I told them from the get go I would be ordering a car unless they could find me exactly what I was looking for (anywhere in the country) and I even told them that I was willing to pay a little bit extra since I knew the car I wanted wasn't going to be readily available. I travel frequently for work and thought maybe I would call an Audi dealership in Chicago near where I have clients and visit every so often, so I did. I called one and got the same responses as the local Florida dealers. I felt like giving up (and almost did) but I figured I would give it one last shot. I finally stumbled upon Audi Exchange in Highland Park, IL. I did some research online and looked for a trust worthy Sales Associate that had good reviews. I found Joey (Giuseppe) Ruffolo. I called and asked for Joey. Right from the moment he answered the phone I had a good feeling and could tell I was dealing with true professional. I told Joey nothing different than any of the (several) previous Audi dealers and told him exactly what I was looking to accomplish. I listed all the options I wanted (Interior color, Exterior color, features, etc, etc). When it came time to order he had informed me that I didn't need the S6 and that I could get what I wanted by ordering an Audi Exclusive 2016 A6 3.0T Prestige (which saved me almost $15,000 from the way I wanted the S6 configured; which even took money away from his commission). Once we had finalized everything he helped me place my order. He broke everything down step by step and made sure to clarify everything before we finalized the whole deal. Once everything was completed and his job was done he went took the extra mile and went out of his way to keep me updated throughout the whole process as my vehicle was built. I wanted an extra accessory on the car and he helped me order that as well. Additionally, there was never any pressure to sell additional features and options which was great. I can go on and on about how great my experience was but I'll summarize it with this... Everything REALLY is top notch at the Audi Exchange. I would STRONGLY recommend going there if you're looking for a car and don't see ANYONE else other than Joey if you're interested in buying. He's knowledgeable, trusting and a true professional in every sense. He made this stereotypical process a truly pleasant car buying experience which has been my best to date. I know when it's time to shop for another Audi you can BET I'll be back to see Mr. Ruffolo at The Audi Exchange! Thanks again for all of your help Joey! More

Being New Yorkers and living in Manhattan the past 10 years, we never needed to own a car. When we decided on an Audi Q3 we started calling dealerships. From the beginning, Lucas Kielar, our main contact, was nothing short of outstanding in terms of being responsive and honest. We were quickly able to agree on cost and close the sale. When I went to pick up the car, Lucas was off that day but already alerted his colleague, Dan Kurko of my plans to be in that day and take care of me. Again, Dan gave me the first class treated and spent time going over the vehicle and answering any questions. When I was handed off to Pat Gibbs to go over the financing and the service package, it completed an all around great experience. Because I travel a great deal, I wanted to make sure to have a great maintenance package for my wife. Not two months later, a screw penetrated the tire and rim. Without any delays, Lucas and team coordinated getting my wife a loaner and handling the repair within a day. There are likely others in the service department who we owe our gratitude. In closing, our entire experience has made us loyal to Audi Exchange and the team. Thanks! More
