Long Distance purchase, perfect! I purchased a 2016 Audi A6 CPO vehicle at Audi exchange from a city about 600 Miles away (Omaha). I didn't want annoying phone calls from the dealer I purchased a 2016 Audi A6 CPO vehicle at Audi exchange from a city about 600 Miles away (Omaha). I didn't want annoying phone calls from the dealers that I contacted during the search for a specific vehicle and asked that I be contacted only by text or email. You would be surprised how many dealers don't get this. At that point they are ruled out.Well, Lucas did respect this wish. We finished the entire purchase with all text, email and a pair of phone calls at the end. When I would ask for something, he went not only did it rapidly but did extra. For example : since I was buying the car without inspecting it myself, I asked if there were any flaws to it. He not only looked it over and let me know about it, he also sent a video walk around of it. Pretty amazing. I bought this car as a surprise for my wife and he included a couple of little extra niceties that she loved. Not only that, he did all of the arrangements for having it delivered, it was incredibly fast. After the purchase he followed up and responds rapidly. Completely satisfied! More

Best Used Car Buying Experience Lucas Kielar was great! I met him over the summer when I visited the dealership looking for a car for my dad. When a 2013 Allroad with the right color Lucas Kielar was great! I met him over the summer when I visited the dealership looking for a car for my dad. When a 2013 Allroad with the right color/options appeared on Autotrader I called Lucas the next morning. There we no pictures online yet, but Lucas took many detailed pictures himself to send to me along with the CarFax report and original window sticker. We worked out a price and I placed a deposit on the car before coming down a few days later. Communication during the week was efficient and he even followed up a couple of days after the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a car from Lucas again in the future! The paperwork was all set before arriving at the dealership. The entire process was very quick and efficient. We came down from Milwaukee to purchase the car and were in and out in a few minutes. For a used car, it was in exceptional condition. The interior was spotless and the paint was very smooth and free from swirl marks. The corner of the lower rear valance and bumper did have minor damage (valence trim was bent). I am a very detail oriented person and did not catch it my first time walking around the car. Looking back at the pictures that were sent it was also not visible. I truly believe the dealership was not aware of the damage. They were genuinely apologetic and without asking they did offer an additional discount on the car to compensate for it. Overall this was a very pleasant experience. As I said earlier, I would not hesitate to purchase a car from The Audi Exchange or recommend them to a friend or family member. More

David McCann was my sales rep who was very knowledge, easy person to speak to about any questions I had and appreciated his no-pressure and relaxed attitude. Even the car financing aspect of it was a good experience - I was happy that I was not pressured into buying all the extra warranties etc. Overall, a very nice experience - highly recommended! More
