So many vehicle purchase transactions that I have had in the past have seemed adversarial, but we had a pleasant time purchasing our vehicle from Alex. It seems odd to say that we had a pleasant car shopping experience, but from our initial interactions with Alex through signing our final paperwork with Dan Fernstrom in finance, it truly was a good experience. While you never know if you got the best deal, we felt good about the price we paid and didn't feel that we had just been taken to the cleaners. I would recommend that anyone looking for a car at the Audi Exchange specifically ask for Alex Jung. More

My experience at the Audi Exchange was fantastic, and due in large part to my salesperson Drew Malone. Since I live downtown, a significant amount of my interation with the Exchange was over the phone and e in large part to my salesperson Drew Malone. Not only was Drew thorough in answering all of my questions, but he made sure to answer those questions that I forgot to ask. At the end of the day, I showed-up to the Exchange on a Saturday with a check in-hand written out for our agreed-upon purchase price. Drew took the check, and handed me the keys to the new car...no surprises. Since the time of purchase, Drew has continued to provide invaluable service. I consider him my primary contact at the Exchange. I would recommend the Audi Exchange in Highland Park, and specifically Drew Malone, for anyone in the market for a new/used Audi. More

He answered all of my questions regarding car options and the condition. I was a bit hesitant over the mileage which was 86,000 and so I thanked Alex for his help and said I would keep looking. He was very professional and said no problem and if I changed my mind and wanted to reconsider the BMW to let him know. I looked around for another week, but didn't find anything with the options which looked as nice as the BMW at Audi Exchange. I decided to make an offer that took into account my unease over the mileage, and we ended up shaking hands at a number pretty close to what I asked for. It was a smooth process. Alex continued to be helpful after the sale, right up to the time my transport company picked up the car. The car was exactly as Alex described. I would buy from them again. More

I went with the whole intention to buy a Q5 2014. Unfortunately the appraised my car $10,000 below NADA price. They starting taking about the auctions somewhere in Mayfield, PA, and in another place. When I asked about the NADA or KBB trade in price, they just told me "Ask then to buy your car...". Conclusion: I will never return to any car dealership with the "Exchange". More
