I have not worked with the parts or the service department but I can say that the Sales Department lacks any semblance of integrity. They essentially stole my deposit on a new car. Numerous call department but I can say that the Sales Department lacks any semblance of integrity. They essentially stole my deposit on a new car. Numerous calls to the dealership to get my money back only to get the run around. I even contacted the Sales manager, John Kunz, to complain about the situation only to get no response or followup whatsoever. Seems like my issue has "conveniently" fallen through the cracks straight into their bank account. Do not shop here!! These guys are crooks!! More

After doing considerable research, my wife and I decided to get a certified pre-owned A4. We're about halfway between Jack Daniels and Town Motor. We had already decided the price range we would be looking in, and picked out 4 good candidates. When I arrived at the dealership, I went to Eddie Lopez, as I had spoken to him on the telephone. He immediately took me for a test drive in a 2007 2.0T, no waiting. After we returned from that, he showed me some more vehicles, one of which was a nice Deep Sea Blue Pearl Effect with a 3.2L V6. I had read of some problems with the turbo engines, and figured it would be good to try out the V6. After a short test drive, I knew this was our car. The price was a bit more than we wanted to spend, but this was the car I wanted, and it had only 20K miles on it. Anyway, they gave us a good deal and acted honorably. Eddie even delivered the papers we had to sign and delivered the car to our home the next day. He was a true gentleman. More

I was on the market for a certified Audi. Town Motors had a good selection so I made the trip to Englewood. I needed a 45 min ride to get to the dealer the day I picked up my car and Michael picked me up before he went to work. This place has the worst service of any dealership i've visited. I was only greeted by one person - the ladies at the Audi clothing/accessories desk.
