I was in the market for a brand new Audi Q5. I had shopped around and was originally dealing with another Audi dealership. I was not happy with that dealership, so I decided to call Town Audi. Nancy Shinholster answered my call. She listened to all the details I provided. I was interested in purchasing the care outright, I had a specific exterior and interior color I wanted as well as specific features. I work full time so am not able to go back and forth to the dealership. Nancy was attentive to detail and confident that she could fullfill my request. Nancy took the time to review all the details of the purchase and I made her go over them multiple times. Not only did she provide me with a fantastic experience but she was able to get me the car I wanted in less than one week! I will refer Nancy as well as buy from her in the future. I really cannot say enough good things about her!!! She is a gem! I also dealt with Robert Donnoli during the final stages of my purchase. He was fantastic. He went through all specifics of the purchase and provided great customer service as well! Finally, I was introduced to Yasmine Armanios in Service. I ordered a 2010 Audi A5 V6 3.2L Automatic Prestige S-Line in Misano Red Exterior, Drive Select and Adaptive Cruise Control. I have to say, this is the single most enjoyable experience I have ever had when buying a car. From first contact via email and so far up until this day. Since I was out of state, I didn't really need the hassle of driving almost 300 miles to see a car I wasn't going to leave with. I was amazed with the personal service and attention by both Arun (sales Rep) and Elgin (GM). I got a fair deal on both the trade-in and the S4 Avant. Before I even arrived in NJ, I made it know I wasn't going to accept a dirty car, I mention this because the S4 Avant I looked at in MD, was fifthly and wasn't ready to show...not to mention the price was absurd, even for low mileage. Town Audi, Arun and Elgin took the time to address concerns, wishes and needs. If you are in the market for a CPO or a new Audi, I would highly recommend Town Audi of Englewood NJ, hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

Went in for a oil change with a coupon price: $59.99 they told me they would replace ignition coils free of charge ok.. Next day, couldnt steer the car. Steering wheel was hard to steer. Jon DeGraw , service manager tells me it was "bound to happen". I brought it in in perfect running condition and one day later it casually breaks down after the mechanic ruins it.. how convenient for them. Manager tells me best they can do is 10% off.. BEWARE OF THIS AUDI SERVICE!!! More

I purchased a car with Arun in the past and was happy to work with him again. My experience with Arun and Town Audi was excellent, they were all professional and I will go back to them when I am ready fo work with him again. I met with Arun on 2/6/10 at 2:30, he was able to take me out on a drive, locate a car and give me the right price all before 5pm. I have been researching the car for some time and knew that the deal I was getting was the best I'd find. I left after leaving a deposit and was told he'd let me know by Monday whether he'd be able to trade another dealership to get my car. I got a call by Monday, 2/8/10, afternoon, he confirmed he would be able to get the car, he said I'd have it by the next day. Tuesday, he called as he personally drove 30 miles to get my car from the other dealer. I came home from work and he came to pick me up from my home and brought me to the dealer to finish up the paperwork. In less than an hour, I was driving away in my new S4. In total, I spent about 3 hours on the entire process and it was painless and all worth it. It was the perfect car buying experience. I got exactly what I wanted for a price I knew was unbeatable. I highly recommend Town Audi to anyone who is interested in an Audi. More
