I had the pleasure of purchasing an Audi Pre-owned Certified 2007 A4 Quattro for my daughter from the saleman Arun Nebhnani. He was pleasant, honest and professional from the first time I contacted him via telephone to inquire about the vehicle, to the follow-up phone call three days after we picked-up the Audi. He impressed me with his knowledge of the vehicle, the inner workings of the car during our long test drive and with the sales closeout procedure. It was refreshing not to have to deal with the stereotypical "pushy" car salesperson. I think it speaks volumes that I traveled 35 miles to purchase a vehicle when ANOTHER Audi dealership was 4 miles from my residence but which I did not feel they appreciated me as a customer from the indifferent attitude I recieved. I guess they didn't need to sell the many automobiles in their inventory. I highly recommend this dealership as well as the the sales and management team of which Arun, Elgin and Robert (don't fault him for being a NY Mets fan)are a part of. My next Audi will be from Town Audi. More

So let 1st say that this has been the most painful and the same time the best sales experience that i have ever had. Hands down the best looking and driving car i have ever owned. I Order my car 3 months ago and showed up at the dealer almost every day until the car arrived Early, which was due to the all the calls made by Arun to get the car here. Jake Semon was our salesman; he was personable, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and honest, all pretty good qualtities in a salesman. After we bought the car, Jake was equally helpful in explaining how all the electronics worked and in helping us set up our Blackberry connection for a cell phone in the car. Jake also followed up after the purchase, and, in standard practice, I suppose, helped us get insurance and set the registration process in gear so we could drive away with our new purchase. Later, when we needed some work done on the car, we got a loaner from Town; the service professionals were very nice, and the service seems to have been done well; and the charge was zero...no nickle and diming here. We are very satisfied so far with the treatment we got from Jake, service consultant Yasmine and Town Audi. More

I had been looking for a Sprint Blue 2010 S4 with some specific options. I looked all over and could not find what I want, or I did but had to order and wait 4+ months for it. After reviewing the Audi website and getting some ideas I basically ordered my vehicle over the phone. I told the salesperson how much I wanted to spend, that I needed a four door vehicle, my desire for a su basically ordered my vehicle over the phone. I have been in the market for a 2008 certified preowned A6 for several months. While I live in Pennsylvania and have four Audi dealers within 30 miles I was not able to find the call I wanted. My internet search took me to Town Audi in Englewood NJ, over 90 miles away. I sent a request for information through cars.com and received an immediate response from Michael Condosta. Michael answered all my questions and requests by phone and email even responding to an email sent well after business hours. They had priced the car competitively so their was not the need to haggle to much over price. Also they were quite fair on my Audi trade. Robert in the Finance was able to beat a very good interest rate I had from my current lender. By the time I committed to the car all the details had been ironed out and when I arrived the car was ready and I was in and out in a little over an hour. (Including the test drive and signing the finance paper work). Overall it was a surprisingly pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Town Audi and Michael Condosta. More

Nancy Shinholster answered my call. She listened to all the details I provided. I was interested in purchasing the care outright, I had a specific exterior and interior color I wanted as well as specific features. I work full time so am not able to go back and forth to the dealership. Nancy was attentive to detail and confident that she could fullfill my request. Nancy took the time to review all the details of the purchase and I made her go over them multiple times. Not only did she provide me with a fantastic experience but she was able to get me the car I wanted in less than one week! I will refer Nancy as well as buy from her in the future. I really cannot say enough good things about her!!! She is a gem! I also dealt with Robert Donnoli during the final stages of my purchase. He was fantastic. He went through all specifics of the purchase and provided great customer service as well! Finally, I was introduced to Yasmine Armanios in Service.
