I previously leased a car, but I started a new job where my daily commute was eating up a lot of mileage. I decided to look for an Audi since I wanted to drive comfortably. I 1st visited a nearby dealership, but then I was shopping around online. I contacted Town Audi of Englewood on Easter Sunday via their website, and I promptly got a response from Michael. I was pretty shocked to hear from a salesperson on Easter Sunday. Anyway, he seemed very friendly over email, and he seemed to ask what I was looking for in a car. I noticed that Town Audi has late weeknight hours, so it was perfect for me to check out the dealership after work on a weeknight. Luckily this dealership is practically right off the GWB. Michael wasn't working when I visited the dealership, but he was able to connect me to one of his colleagues, Kristian. Kristian showed me a used 2013 Audi A4 with very low mileage. It had less than 5k miles and it came with the Premium Plus package with Navigation. I was practically sold until we both realized that it was sold earlier in the day. Going to the dealership, I already knew that I wanted an A4 with a Premium Plus package. Kristian was working with me to see what he could get available. He asked about what i preferred in regards to the exterior and interior colors and then we worked from there. I am an audiophile, so when he found a black 2013 Audi A4 with the Premium Plus package with Navi and B&O audio, I knew that car was meant for me. He was able to give me an aggressive deal. I told him about my leased car, so he and his manager inspected the car and was able to offer me a very competitive offer that other dealerships were not able to meet. By the time the dealership was about to close, we were able to settle on a great deal. A few days later, I was able to meet Michael to go over all of the official paperwork. I also met with Robert who provided me with my financial options. I saw Kristian again who was again very friendly. Michael also went over the specs of my car; he helped set up my audio presets as well as connect my phone to my car. The service here is impeccable. More

Catherine was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process, arming us with all the information we needed (which was a lot as first-time car buyers) to make our decision. She reviewed all of the features of the vehicles we test drove and spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. Robert also thoroughly explained the finance and warranty details, streamlining the purchase process. Every person at Town Audi that we interacted with was friendly, courteous and professional. I bought a 2013 Q7 Premuim Plus and Frank Riccardi was excellent throughout the whole process. Just went back today to get my plates. They gave me a car wash and offered a drink while waiting. This was the first time I bought an Audi and the first time I dealt with Michael. It was the most professional and relaxed experience I have had at any dealership. He asked me what I wanted and even though it currently wasn't on the lot, he did not try to persuade me to buy another vehicle. Everything was taken care of in a very timely manner and gave me a price that within my budget for the exact car I wanted. Once all the paperwork was signed he made sure that when I left I understood everything about the car and ensured all my questions were answered.
