When she had worked out the numbers, she called me in and presented her offer. At that point, there was nothing else for me to do or say because she actually came in under. When I went to pick up the car, I was an hour and a half late on a night that she was supposed to take off. She waited graciously and did not make me feel rushed as we completely our paperwork. Even set up the bluetooth and garage door opener for me afterwards. Vernedra realized from the beginning that I had no patience for the typical salesmanship. She is a true professional who showed respect for not just my pocketbook, but more importantly, my time. And in my book that goes a long way. More
