My most recent experience at Town Audi was again a great one. I have leased three cars from Town Audi. Each time I have received great service and a great price. Town Audi's automobile service department is also outstanding group that is respectful of your time and extremely courteous. I will start at the beginning I contacted this dealer through an internet ad for an audi a4 2010 pre-certified. I called the dealer between 6:15-6:20 one week night and Robert Donnoli answered the phone through an internet ad for an audi a4 2010 pre-certified. I called the dealer between 6:15-6:20 one week night and Robert Donnoli answered the phone. I asked about the car and he told me they were closed and just decided to answer the phone he was about to lock up for the night but he asked me to hold while he checked on the availability. He came back told me it was still available and offered to arrange a time to visit. He was very accommodating, warm & friendly, so I came the next day. In the morning I received an email from Robert thanking me for calling, reference our conversation on the shore an hoping to meet me coming from 45-60mins away. Robert had appointed a representative to care for me that day. I met Michael a very sweet young man that handled me with great care and service. I felt very special, comfortable and appreciated as a customer. No tension, no coercion, no stress, given opportunity to decide. Everyone in the office was professional, serving and very good customer service. Robert and Michael are an asset to Town Audi, individuals that made my car buying experience the best I have ever had the pleasure in doing. I haven't stop telling others about my experience and my new purchase. Thank you for your excellent service. More

Michael Condosta was professional, responsive, courteous and diligent in pulling it all together under two hours! Many comforts (food, water, etc) were offered during my minimal wait times. I LOVE my new car! As an Audi addict, each new vehicle is a joy to drive. But having trust and faith in your dealership is just as important as this is a long relationship when you consider service and look down the road to turn in. I highly recommend Town Audi, a very friendly group of consumate professionals who are there to make the entire experience one you will fondly remember - a true rarity!! Thank you Michael!! More

Contacted the dealership to inquire about purchasing a new Q5 Spoke to a sales rep and give the info as to the color combo and options that I wanted. Was told she would get back to me. Well 2 weeks have gone by and I just now received an email asking if I still was interested in purchase. Well, I already had purchased a vehicle 2 days after my initial contact with Town Audi. The sales person never got back to me until 2 weeks later. They lost a customer and sale because of the lack of communication. Other dealers were were aggressive and interested in securing my business. I do NOT recommend this dealership! More

Excellent experience. We got a certified Pre Owned Audi Q5 from here and are really glad that we chose this dealership. The car that we saw online before going to the dealership was sold when we got there Q5 from here and are really glad that we chose this dealership. The car that we saw online before going to the dealership was sold when we got there (yeah their cars seem to go pretty quickly) the others that they have a bit above our budget. They talked to us about the priceline and luckily for us they had an Audi Q5 coming in a couple of days. They certified the vehicle and we drove it the next Saturday. Pretty impressive!!! All the employees are super friendly and make sure to answer your concerns asap. More

I previously leased a car, but I started a new job where my daily commute was eating up a lot of mileage. I decided to look for an Audi since I wanted to drive comfortably. I 1st visited a nearby dealership my daily commute was eating up a lot of mileage. I decided to look for an Audi since I wanted to drive comfortably. I 1st visited a nearby dealership, but then I was shopping around online. I contacted Town Audi of Englewood on Easter Sunday via their website, and I promptly got a response from Michael. I was pretty shocked to hear from a salesperson on Easter Sunday. Anyway, he seemed very friendly over email, and he seemed to ask what I was looking for in a car. I noticed that Town Audi has late weeknight hours, so it was perfect for me to check out the dealership after work on a weeknight. Luckily this dealership is practically right off the GWB. Michael wasn't working when I visited the dealership, but he was able to connect me to one of his colleagues, Kristian. Kristian showed me a used 2013 Audi A4 with very low mileage. It had less than 5k miles and it came with the Premium Plus package with Navigation. I was practically sold until we both realized that it was sold earlier in the day. Going to the dealership, I already knew that I wanted an A4 with a Premium Plus package. Kristian was working with me to see what he could get available. He asked about what i preferred in regards to the exterior and interior colors and then we worked from there. I am an audiophile, so when he found a black 2013 Audi A4 with the Premium Plus package with Navi and B&O audio, I knew that car was meant for me. He was able to give me an aggressive deal. I told him about my leased car, so he and his manager inspected the car and was able to offer me a very competitive offer that other dealerships were not able to meet. By the time the dealership was about to close, we were able to settle on a great deal. A few days later, I was able to meet Michael to go over all of the official paperwork. I also met with Robert who provided me with my financial options. I saw Kristian again who was again very friendly. Michael also went over the specs of my car; he helped set up my audio presets as well as connect my phone to my car. The service here is impeccable. More
