I would give 0 rating if possible I am leaving this review for the GM since both the sales associate and sales manager that I am dealing with is not listed under this dealership. Simply put, the most UNPROFESSIONAL dealership that I have ever dealt with in my life. Tried to lease a vehicle. and the sales associate, Jimmy, was initially quite pleasant. We worked out the numbers and put a $1000 deposit down. He said. they didn't have the vehicle at their dealership and was getting it from another dealership. Few days went by without a single phone call. I called them back to see what was going on, and they couldn't get the car from the dealership that they were trying to get it from, then said they will be getting a car from the dealership in Upstate NY. Few days go by again, and they never ever call you to see what's going on. The endless calling game begins, and their answer was always "we will let you know by tomorrow" 2 weeks goes by, and eventually I have had enough and purchased the vehicle from the original dealer that they were trying to get the car from. The story does not end here. So now I am trying to get my deposit back. I have to call Jimmy several times to initiate the process. I mean a good sales person will apologize for what happened and should be on top of things when it comes to returning the deposit, but once again nothing from him. I give him the credit card to refund the deposit back to. and 2-3 days later I get a call saying that it's not the right credit card. So I provided the correct credit card that was used for deposit. A WEEK GOES BY, I get a call from my bank saying they are trying to run my credit card once again for $1000. I was furious and spoke with his manager, Clay (?) and he promised to investigate and give me a call back. Guess what? Same thing happened and never heard from him again. At this point I am trying to call him and he's not even picking up my phone call. So I Have no choice but to call my bank and reverse the transactions since I have no ways of getting in touch with this dealership. They will NEVER EVER CALL YOU BACK. STAY AWAY BY ALL MEANS! Being in a Tristate area, there are many better dealers around with much larger inventories. Clay, if you are reading this message, you know who I am. GIve me a call. More

More than falling in love with the car and all its amenities, I felt a warmth at the dealership that made me certain I would be handled with care- not just throughout the leasing process - but for any needs I may have in the future. My sales associate - Jimmy Korsgen- was incredibly patient and made me feel at ease immediately. Due to my own scheduling conflicts, it took about 10 days for me to actually sign the papers , and at no time did I feel any pressure at all. Jimmy was flexible, kind, and truly professional and fantastic to work with. I will stick with Jimmy and Town Audi for all future leading needs. More
