I came in with my own loan approval but they beat an already good deal. Best experience on a dealer ever. PS: They delivered my new car home since I had to drive my other one home as well and brought my car home with a full tank of gas on top of that. Disaster of an experience----still First, they had the car on their eBay page so I tried to buy it and nobody got back to me. That should have been a sign. Then I called the number listed on the picture of the car (on eBay), I ended up at their Porsche branch. Then I finally got somebody and that's where things went horribly wrong. We agreed to a price and then I tried to give them my bank info to wire the money. The bank is USAA. A 90 year old company. It took them almost 2 weeks to get the wire process done and they tried to say it was USAA's fault. I find it hard to believe that USAA doesn't know how to wire money to people because I did a wire transfer recently and it took me 4 minutes. After all this nonsense, they had no idea how the registration worked on my state. Finally we paid for the car but...there was a recall so they held on to it for another 2 weeks and lied about the shipping dates of the repair parts. Flat out lies. I picked up the car and the salesman walked away. I had to call him back to show me how to start it and get out of the parking lot. Then I got the survey through email. I said the experience was terrible and I specifically asked for the manager (David Branch) to contact me. He never did. Through all of this, I told the salesman that he should hook me up for my troubles and he agreed. I asked for a couple Audi golf shirts. He said that they don't have that stuff. When I picked up the car, there were racks of golf shirts right next to the front desk. These people don't give a xxxx about you unless you are buying an A8. I want to add that the manager contacted me about this review and asked me to remove some details. He promised me some compensation and never delivered. I stand by all my negative statements. These people are con-artists. More
