I was in the market for a SUV and was referred to Bee Sagun from one of my clients. The experience I had was the best one to date at any car dealership. Mr. Sagun was personable and listened to the needs/concerns I expressed. After my test drive I was appreshesive about the bottomline, the price. I was surprised that this part of the process was also streamline. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase of the used A3 from Lasher and working with Daniel was great. However, right after driving the car away, I was left with a bitter taste in dealing with Lasher: A3 from Lasher and working with Daniel was great. I drove from Elk Grove Lasher to Del Paso (22 miles) and I already needed to fill up. I asked Daniel about this he said it was dealer policy to not fill up the tank when they sell used Audis. I think this is a lame policy that I got the short end on. I am worried what else I will get short changed on when I take it in for service. The finance guy that we dealt with was very good and nice. Guenther Wilson has changed my perception of the car buying experience. I was not interested in spending hours at the dealership playing the "let's make a deal" game, and Gunther was a true pleasure to buying experience. He responded to our offer immediately and with earnest, and when we said we needed to sleep on it, he didn't increase the pressure or chase us out the door to plead with us. He simply shook our hands and said, "come back and see me if our best offer works for you". We called him the next afternoon to say we were on our way to purchase the car, and he had everything ready to go when we arrived. We spent more time with Gunther showing us all the features in the car than we did with the finance guy!!! This was our first Audi and we can't be any happier with our purchase; if we ever decide to buy another car, we will DEFINITELY call Guenther first!! More
