I have to say I have purchased over 15 cars in my life, new and used and this was the worst experience ever. No wonder used car salesmen have such a bad reputation they sometimes deserve it. The internet department really dropped the ball. After being in contact with the department on a daily basis for over a week negotiating the details; because I was in Los Angeles and the dealer was in Sacramento area, the car is sold out from under me ever after taking a $2000.00 deposit. I guess you should expect that when you are trying to negotiate a price instead of just paying the sticker price. I cannot believe the car was sold out from under me; after running my credit, approving me for the loan, taking the deposit I get a "Dear John" call saying, "sorry, someone else in the dealership sold this car." Mind you this is after taking a $2000.00 deposit over the phone and promising to overnight the contract to me for signing. Buyers beware. More
