We went here last weekend to look at a used Audi SQ5. We immediately asked how the pricing works and if they negotiate from listed price - we were assured if we were serious about buying that they would. I asked who to talk to, the sales person(Gian) said him. Gian also did not know anything about Audi and wasn't really able to answer questions. We identified missing items to car (covers, spare tire pump, etc) as well as damage including to front bumper and again said we'd only be interested if the price came down. After our initial visit we had lunch and then returned ready to negotiate. Turns out as we were walking to go talk price he THEN disclosed a there is $2k of additional charges they add to the price (mandatory accessories) but again assured us they would negotiate. After over 2 hrs with them start to finish the best offer they gave was $500 higher than the list price online. (Added $2k and then took off 1.5k and acted like they were working with us) I gave feedback it would have been nice to be upfront and he actually argued he was. Telling someone two mins before you have to disclose something in writing is not being upfront or transparent especially when you were asked the direct question on pricing throughout the earlier interactions. Car was also dirty and didn't event vacuum the cup holders or car and had air freshener that was so strong it made me think someone died or smoked in the car. More
